Painting Springs

Hey Guys..

i just purcahsed some second hand tein s springs..

just wondering what i would need to sand them back and spray them yellow...

do i need any special paint or sandpaper..

help is greatly appreciated..

I guess you'd need a fairly flexible paint, something like POR-15 might do, ask at your local Auto paint shop.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Personally I would recommend powder coating. From past experiences painted springs are just not durable.
Por15 probably will be though, but once you are going to spend that much you might as well go all the way.
