Hey Guys..

i know lots of people hate chrome and think its too blingy.. i just recieved my order of bits... i used to be a big fan of brushed but recently wanted to change.. so here are some pics

Looks really good. Needs the chrome handbrake button though. Cheap and oh so easy to fit and makes a huge difference. Are you happy with the gift shift surround? How much was it and where did you get it from if you don't mind me asking? Ditto the white ventilation guages. Are they the ebay ones that were being sold a little while ago? Keep it up.

yeah mate the A/C panel decal is one that was on Ebay.. i had 2 of them so i sold my other one

the gear surround is from MX5Parts but you can get them from MX5Mania for $165 i believe..

i will probably invest in the button soon enough... after buying all those bits im flat broke lol

Nice job, very clean. I like the white HVAC panel. I was going to get one of those for my NA to match my white gauge faces but I sold it before I got around to it.
Shiney black one with added red bits. Member of the fart club. Now with extra doof and Sunlong. - deceased and gone to heaven

yeah they look the part.. the green glow doesnt shine thrugh at night though which was the only downside so i just disconnected the lights to it..

i have blue led's and blue guages anyway so it look pretty good without it on :)

hey mx5_boy how did you mount those speakers in the door? Screwed into the platic or is it a mdf replacement?

Always good to see a nice finished (if your finished that is) product

looks very clean, no dodgy looking bits to be seen

also what do those pedals look like? yellow and chrome??

only thing is those CD's are a bit unkept :P

do they sound ok mounted on the plastic? i was told to cut a piece of mdf to the same size and mount them in that then screw it in place.... :?

yeah they are yellow and chrome.. my mrs got me them for xmas... they looked good with my other wheel before it broke lol
