Will bolt straight In but you cant use one of the three bolts for the starter motor . Not a problem two bolts will do the job

I've just done this swap and fired it up about 5 mins ago, you will have to splice your reverse and neutral connectors, see herehttp://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=215435&highlight=reverse

6-speed box in an NA Rocks......would never go back.
Make sure you get a nice Diff setup ;)
