These covers are definately NOT slip on, but proffessional upholstery. All attached to the seat frame to achieve the tight fit, as per photos.

If there is pocket in the factory covers, then no problems. It will be the exact copy of the stock style.

Material will have padding behind to further reduce any rubbing. Normally rubbing is not an issue, unless you purposely try to damage it, or something sharp sticking out of you.
I have my seat covers over 3 years now, still like the first day, no rubbing at all, still very tight, no cracking, no fading.

Logo is one of the customisable attributes. I can certainly organise no logo.
