Great fun!! :D :D Learnt a lot too, and the car and driver got home in one piece! Happy to see that my times improved over the duration...

Thanks to Peter for organising the day, and also thanks to everyone who attended for helping make it enjoyable.

Looking forward to seeing some videos and pics!

Gerard

p.s, thanks for posting the timing sheets Danny :)

All this fun and only on the second day of my holidays 8)
Went for a drive and there were slow cars everywhere, why are NC's so common . . . must be NC = Normally Cardiganed.

rhysk, what did you change on the car to find 3 seconds and then maintain it for the rest of the day? Semis?

But you were lapping at consistant 1.07's and then just dropped to 1.04's. Not a small jump.

The old tyres were 10 cent chinese tyres
BIG difference, even if the new ones aren't R-spec

Some real semis on 15\" will be my next trick, I think :)

Well it's good to see everyone enjoyed the day. The fact that everyone was there till the end was probably an indication of that.

I also have to thank those that helped out because it meant I had a chance to get out there as well, so thank you.

The raceway was happy with us as well which is always a plus.

I have to ask, Boags & Zoomzoom, you did make it home eventually? You were heading in the wrong direction when you passed me.

There was only 3 seconds between the top 10 cars on both the Clubman and Sprint tracks in overall standings.

I will get the overall printouts put up somewhere.

There a 3 more of these booked for the year!

Cal,

1st 3 sessions were Clubman and the 2nd 3 were Sprint.

Rhys, your consistency in lap times is scary

OK now I get your question. A shorter track helps :)
