This isnt supposed to be a qualitative review, as im sure the critics would probably find a flaw in the above variables (ie not directly measuring inlet/outlet temps and PSI).
Another 2 runs were done today in which the first power run came up as 118.8 and 119.5rwkw in the second, I guess this indirectly measures heatsoak and therefore after 3 pulls it appears not to be an issue.
I think its safe to say that the stock SE intercooler efficiency in reference to flow and cooling isnt so great. The myth about having a larger longer cooler that has more volume would vastly effect pressure into the inlet leading to decreased power isnt true. The power achieved today suggests that cooling and flow efficiency of this cooler is better then the PITA stock set up.
