I used to have the pod only (as thats how the car came), but after getting the CAI fitted there wasn't really any performance benifits felt, just sound ....As for how much power this gives you, at the NSW dyno day, Mr_Q's stock 1.8 got around 66rwkw, and my 1.8 with exhaust and cai got about 77 or so, so it does improve things
