Looks good, that's how i'd want to do my intercooler in the NB. Its hard to see from the pic, but have you cut some sheeting to go around the pipes and force more air through the radiator?
Going to box off that filter from the radient heat off the turbo?

looking good, what front bumper is that? with the sub, i bet it cuts alot of leg room for your passenger
