Could someone please tell me what would be a good size intercooler for an NA running low boost (5-6psi)? Could you please give me dimensions to work off and inlet/outlet size. Thanks alot.

a few of us have bought the CoolingPro 550x140x65 INTERCOOLER WITH 2.25 INCH INLETS from JustJap for our NA's.
also, mx5racing has one of these fitted to his NB SE racecar and he likes it.
if you're not in a hurry, i MIGHT be selling mine in a month or so (brand new , never fitted) as i scored an AVO intercooler recently. altho i might decide to bundle a turbo and manifold and fuelling computer + injector with it and sell it all off in one hit.

Thanks for all the help so far
Hmmm power steering will make the piping harder. Daniel commented on the lack of power steering meant that getting the piping from the turbo to the IC was a lot easier, as the power steering pump gets in the way, so makes working the pipes a bitch

It is much better than the cooler that comes with GReddy kit...
