I've got a new toy for the car that's sure to give some laughs...

I'm hoping it will make some cry too

Will post pics as soon as possible.

It's a fairly basic setup really - We are using the genuine NOS brand kit called the Universal V8 Wet Kit but have decided to not run any fuel via the fogger, instead we will run the additional fuel required via the injectors. By running only nitrous through the foggers it's much easier to get the tune closer to perfect. It's also easier to have things legal for the street - the main supply lines need to be capped, so not running a fuel line means we only have to cap the nitrous lines.

We went with the bigger V8 kit rather than one of the many smaller kits becuase it comes with the bigger nitorus solenoids that are capable of flowing more nitrous, and giving more accurate control and crisp response once we hit the nitrous. The way I want to set it up it has the potential to rrun over 200hp worth of Nitrous

We considered a direct port system, but with a new intake manifold on the way and the extra work required to plumb it in, the fogger style got the nod.

be careful when using nos, you will get a danger to manifold warning, then the floor will drop out of your car.. :?

All the bits only arrived this week.

We will not be using the nitrous just yet, but it will be installed shortly. I just don't see the point in re-tuning teh car 3 times in a month or so, and still waiting on teh new manifolds and turbo.

Will try and get pictures up this week.
