Well, I got a bit of a problem......
You see I am tossed between a torsen LSD and a clutch type LSD....
I like my spirited drive and the odd track days... but the mx is my daily ride..... well from home to office lol
But I dont how hardcore I should go in terms off the torsen is less agressive and low in maintence and the trade off in might not be as consistence...... and where as the clutch type is nice but I have to change all my wheel bearings, its noisey (getting old lol) and the fact I have to change the clutch every so offen.... (lol being a cheap ass)
I torned between the two because it was so fun drive Steve's (infector) car with a 1.5way lsd at the skid pan......
need some advice about the two
thanks in advance

For street use I hardly had any issues with the torsen, it only spun up the inside wheel in rare circumstances. That said, it is easier to drift with the 2-way, but given that my car is just a roadie nowadays in hindsight I would have just stuck with the torsen: never wears out, no maintenance and can still drift pretty acceptably.

I have a 4.3 torsen in my NA8. I reckon the best thing about the torsen is that 99% of the time you don't even realise it is there. No clunking on tight corners, no noise and in the wet it is gentle but it just works. IMHO, every street car should have one!
On R Comps in a tightish motorkhana circuit it does sometimes feel like it loses the plot and acts like an open centre, but I still think it is a great diff for a car that is a daily driver.
