It is available separately but is expensive. It can be repaired with race tape/duct tape and/or silicone.

a little off topic but i actually have a slight leak in my roof.. its in the seal directly in the centre of both passenger and drivers window (where the fold in the rubber is) do you know if i can just replace those rubber seals in the soft top?.. as much as i would love to replace the whole top for a glass window one.. cant really afford it.. so if you ever see me coming down the M4 in the rain with my hand pressed up against my window you will no why haha

Normally all you need to do is push those two rubber seals together before you close the door/window. I also smear a teensy bit of vaseline on each rubber where they join when the roof is up. Seems to have solved the dreaded shoulder drip. :)
