Timing light and RPM meter in Brisbane????

Postby Mr Starlet » Wed Jan 10, 2007 2:43 pm

Hi all

Just wondering if there's any member in Brisbane who could lend me a timing light and possibly a RPM meter for an hour or so? I'm looking at advancing the timing to about 14degrees or so.

Cheers

You will usually find your tacho in the dash is accurate enough to set the base idle speed.

Shoot me a pm mate, I still have my timing light sitting in the boot. Apart from that all you need is a paperclip.

If you're still after these on Sunday, let me know, and I'll come and give you a hand. Just that I won't have the time before then... I have both timing light and RPM meter.

Thanks john! and NMX516. She's now running strongly on 14 degrees, quickest and cheapest tune.
