Can't remember his name, but I do believe he does a pretty good job, and the price is pretty good too.

Blackman and Sons at Endeavour Drive Caringbah did mine and they do most of the aftermarket leather in Sydney. Four years on and they still look as good as new. I highly recommend their work. They're not cheap though. It cost me $1200 for my seats/door trim inserts and gear lever boot. And that was a deal done at the time of purchasing my car. They originally quoted $1500. I think they prefer to deal with car dealers than private customers too.

The other guy sounds very reasonably priced. If you choose to go with the other guy make sure you get the original covers back off him so if it all turns bad you can put the originals back on.
