Tyres for NB8B, any suggestions??

I don't think so. The KU31 is fairly new on the market, only being out for the last 12 months.

My understanding is that;
the V70A is road approved race tyre,
the KU31 is a premium road tyre.

I would suggest the V70A is the Kumho equivalent of the RT615, Toyo R888, etc.

I recently tossed the KU31 against the T1R and decided to buy the T1R. Not yet dríven as the car is in the panel shop all week - damn bus.

That might be it then. I had some R888s on the car a couple of weeks ago which howled like a bugger. The V70A is a reasonably quiet tyre by comparision (makes a little noise on some surfaces which you can only really hear with the roof up and stereo down).

Grip wise I would say the R888s are probably slightly grippier, but what little there was in it could be down to tyre pressures.

Congratulations on your purchase...I love mine, and they grip from new...no need to scrub them in from what I could tell!

T1-Rs...finding them squishy at high speed! Any suggestions for tyre pressure??

May have some cheap second hand tyres going!!

The Eagle F1's seem to quite popular with most of the tyre suppliers i've been to.. They're about $180 per tyre.. How much are the Toyo's for the full set?
