Intriguing indeed. Might be easier than cutting holes behind my seats.

I wonder how the speakers are fitted. Like, does it have to have 4 holes, or does it come with mountable templates or something?

looks like it would be a bit hard to put the softop up or down....

Depends on the technique you use to do it really...

So no one knows how to fit speakers to this thing?

wow, i have been looking at various setups for mx5's and i reckon this is definately a great idea

No one seems really all that interested in these... might have to actually do the work myself... I'll email them at some stage and post the reply here.

I don't wanna doof doof box;
- would be hard to put behind the roll bar
- would make it harder to open/close the roof
- would add weight high in the car
- would put them on display for any d1ckhead to slash my roof and take.
- 1 small amp is easier to install in the car

But for those into car audio good luck to you, i'd love to listen to them sometime.
