Impressive Russ, I might have to think a bit harder about that Autronic.

WIthout trying to start an ECU war, the peak power has little to do with ECU brand, they can pretty much all supply the same fuel and timing figures for peak power if tuned correctly.

THe great benefit in Austronic is teh host of additional features you can select/benefit from.

Sean - I was a bit cryptic so no offence taken. There are a couple of SPs here (well one is a replica) with an Autronic ECU fitted that are making very impressive power figures (180kW ATW+) with no other work. Now Brian did well also with the MoTeC on his SP replica, and personally I have soft spot for MoTeC seeing as I was offered a job there a number of years and a lifetime ago working on their then new dashboard logger, but also because an old friend is also a lead engineer there.

However, Russ is a wizz on the Autronic (although his old laptop is a concern ) and he has a supply stream set up, so hence my comments above. If I lived in Melbourne, no doubt I would tend towards the MoTeC for the very same reasons.
