Original plan was to gather orders, and phone them through early tomorrow. Publican rang me Friday, wasn't happy with that plan due to possible complications with meals needing to be reheated if we were delayed. Plan of attack now is to have all orders sorted out and in writing prior to arriving at venue, then they'll get straight on it...
anyway, I've been recording orders (18 so far) to save time tomorrow, but there'll be plenty of time at the winery to look at the menu and place orders
