Obviously a lot quieter, doubt you will find too many cyclists or joggers (what was with the guy jogging on the road? saw him on my recce lap luckilly)
The biggest problem is the police and cameras. I now seem to spot the police on the kew boulevard every 3rd or 4th run. And the camera on the burnley boulevard seems to be there during peak hours, well worth doing a slow lap first.

Kew boulavard stretch is def. the go! alot quieter and less flashing lights or flashing cameras

I see more patrols in Kew, only cameras in Burnley. Prefer knowing a camera is about, to the random flying around a corner and finding the fuzz patrolling.
