Changing Colours of Interior Lights

Hi Guys,

Im thinking about changing the interior lights for the AC panel as well as the headlight/hazard light switch to match the orangy/red tinge from my new AWD gauge faces.

Im thinking of just taking out the AC console then colouring the back of it with a marker or something along those lines.

Has anyone attempted/done something like this before?

I did it years ago with the NB, shouldn't be too hard.

Search the net i'm sure there's a write up.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
