Dodgy day
Well a big thanks to all the dodgies! a great night/day/night for some of us. pleased to report my little red5 is back to fine form and is going better than when I first bought it. Just gave it a wash and a polish to get possum paws (yes even the possums came to check it out) and dodgies finger prints off and is looking and sounding good again, (but will have to do a bit more to have it looking as good as Uncle Arthurs at the end of dodgy day!)
a HUGE thank you to everyone in attendance, and especially OMY005 and JBT for helping with the pre dodgy day start on Friday night. Andrew your shed/tools/facilities were just fantastic and it certainly made the job alot easier. after some saucy wingzzzzz cooked up by Wayne it was all hands on deck for the final stages of engine transplant surgery and thanks to all who couldnt bear to leave before hearing the firing up of the new engine, we even had a countdown till ignition!!
thanks to Wayne for cooking us those wingzzzzz, they totally rock!!
Looking forward to seeing you all at the next event!!

sounds like a great day guys
might start thinking about hosting a dodgy detail day here to clean up all those grubby engine bays & such...........considering we have 5,500 litres of beautiful rainwater sitting in the tank, a rather large & powerful Karcher pressure cleaner, the carport would hold 2 cars pretty much under cover for polishing purposes, there is a deep fryer waiting to cook wingzzzz...........& a plasma to play those dodgy top gear eps, or playstation.................
anyone interested???

Don't worry about what people think, they don't do it very often

I'll bring sauce though.
Count me in AJ.. my knob needs a polish after living at Jules place for 6 weeks.
Speaking of sauce... where did you get that Hot Sauce from???

Unlike CERTAIN past Dodgy Day attendees who also have access to WING SAUCE, I will gladly share my information so that ALL may praise the wonder of FRANKS HOT SAUCE....
You get it from
http://www.usafoods.com.au/p1445/hot-sp ... hot-sauce/
You can also get THIS there...
http://www.usafoods.com.au/p104/salad-d ... ue-cheese/
For an authentic Wingzzzz night, and if you don't have Tabathas 5 minute made stuff to dip into.
My usual order is 1 Gallon of Hot Sauce to 6 Bottles of Wishbone.
Pricey... but worth it.
Cheers
