Postby irwin83r » Sat Oct 28, 2006 7:17 pm

BD4's are holding another track day and i have been informed they are fine with the mx5ers coming along :D

i'll be there in my 5 and my brother will be in his GTT soarer.

last one was a great turn out with a LOAD of track time to be had and not too pricey.

let us know here if your thinking of attending. but you'll have apply through BD4's web site http://www.bd4s.com.au/

Will try to make it, as I need to do some track time with the new set up.
Oran Park has an open track day on the GP on the 7th Nov, very few people turn up and it is only $110.00 for the day.

Do you have any more details Ren?

It's been a while since I've been on the track and I've got the itch again.

Do you need cams? or normal licence suffice? Timing?

Hey nath, you will need a L2S for Oran Park, no timing is available.

Hey Al, just turn up on the day.
Will ring Oran Park on Monday to confirm & send a post to say if I’m going.
I should have hand grenade on Sat or Sun so it will be its 1st outing.
The Mania guys may come along as well

Woo only a week and one day away, I am so excited!

Though I can’t help but feel mildly afraid that my barge arsed 232rwkw soarer (70/30 weight distribution) will be toasted by a 83rwkw MX-5…

As Irwin83r said, last time was very laid back and we had way more track time than we needed. Fully timed with in car transponders, nice open track with plenty of runoff area, the BD4’s guys are very helpful as well.

Look forward to meeting more of you there!

By the way, there is an entry form on the \"Upcoming Events\" page. it still appears to be the form they used in July but its exactly the same as the one i was sent in the email other than the date.

Cheers,

I am starting to worry I wont beat you and will have to never come to family events ever again... well at least until I get my mx on the roids.
