I then jammed the O ring into the small gap between the Voodoo grip and the old plastic handbrake cover.

Just a tip in regards to the Benny's gear stick boot. If you leave the old one still attached and just put the new one on top of it, you get a really nice thick feel, and the gap between boot and Voodoo is closed up perfectly.

I hope this makes sense.

Thanks Jules, that's how I did my handbrake boot. I took off my old gear stick boot, though, I'll try your suggestion and put the old one under the new.

After my bits have arrived from the UK, I'll talk to Techno about one of the grilles :)
