heres a blast from the past.. was looking for another old thread and found this one.. thought i should add to it as things changed..
the problem came back just as badly if not worse at a club track day.
it was still the Cam angle sensor but not dirt, paint or gaunge that was making it faulty. but the plug was working its self loose once it got hot.. a cable tie around it holding it on tight fixed the prob no worries. never had an issue the same since and its now years latter
