Hey mate,

Nothing wrong with those figures, actually sounds quite healthy from them...


how do you know it's eating oil when cold? It's possible it's just spitting extra fuel out the exhaust and that could make it a tad smokey?

It sounds like the sort of thing that happens with worn valve guides or valve seals. The compression/oil pressure figures look good to me.

Is it using much oil between changes?

If it's just seals it should be relatively easy to fix. Good luck.
