I'd say no as it's too low and your helmeted head will stick over the hoops. The Brown Davis has troubles and really needs a race seat be be CAMS approved.

No chance in the wide world. Cage must at least have a single one piece main hoop with two rear stays, one forward stay and minimum of 1 diagonal in the main hoop, two are now recommended. And that's the bare minimum which means a brown davis with a forward stay attached to the centre of the main hoop dropping down to the passenger floor would be the absolute minimum required to pass. 8)

The side of the bar is a problem; you have to loose the soft top so that you gain the width of the bar.

yeah.

theres one being made in uk that has a twin hoop look that may pass cams for club level stuff apparently. but its a big maybe.
