Add me to the list please Peter...
this morning's visit to Qld Raceway convinced me that it's not really a spectator sport :D

OK, for those doing the track day here are the payment details.

I will have to see how we go for numbers before I open it up to non-club members and others, I will let you know when it gets closer to the cut off date.

Payment is required by Wednesday 26th July to confirm your spot on the day.

Payments can be made directly into the club bank account, if you don't have the details let me know and I will PM them to you (they are on your membership renewal form).

When you have deposited your money, could you please send me an e-mail, peter.steinback@gmail.com with your details of payment, Namely:

Name
Club membership no.
Rego number
Date paid
Amount (entry fee/licence)
Reference
Car year
Group you would like to be in (Beginner, Intermediate, Experienced)
Which licence you require (1 day or 12 months)

Some banks don't give you much space for a reference when transferring money and I would like to be able to confirm your payment.

Your spot isn't confirmed until payment has been received.

As the club has to pay the full amount for the track even if we don't get enough people on the day, we won't refund entry fees if you don't show on the day. Another club member is able to fill your spot if you can organise someone else.

We will be looking for some marshalls as well for the day so if you're not interested in going on the track but
want to come out and help, let me know.

If you have any questions, just ask.

Peter

Last call for anyone not yet paid up!!!!

We have 20 people so it should be a good day. A few more is still doable if there is anyone out there wanting to give it a go.

No, no real need to because we can now cover costs and that is all I was worried about.

I can always take the skyline out for you if you want to get some photos :P

Abyss,

Any other clothing requirements other than a helmet? Hopefully a moto sickle one is OK. Otherwise it may be a loooong drive home if we can't wear thongs :(
Went for a drive and there were slow cars everywhere, why are NC's so common . . . must be NC = Normally Cardiganed.
