sounds like the waterpump bearing is on the way out...
that's what was squealing on my car once...

check water pump/impeller as ampz has suggested.
seems a little strange but the bearing would explain a little i guess.

The squealing could either be the water pump or water pump's belt.

^^agreed with all of the above, water pump is prb on its way out.

Once the seal goes, coolant will drip down beside the bottom pully and on to the stone sheald and or the ground.
