brake master cylinder

Postby butters » Thu Jul 20, 2006 12:31 pm

i have noticed that my brake master cylinder is weeping a little brake fluid. i can exchange it for a re-sleeved one easily enough.

Question: I’m thinking of going to bigger brakes after toasting them (na6) I can go either na8 or nb series2(what model is that? nb8b?) i believe that the na8 master cylinder is the same size but is the nb bigger? is it worth putting a bigger one in, will it bolt up?

Feel free to enter other useful brake issues i may not know about and should look into before buying

i was leaning towards the nb brakes, they will fit under my wantanabies

Doesnt the NB8B-C have ABS whilst the NB8A does not?

Apart from popular opinion i actually like not having ABS, yes i know its not as safe, but you do get a little more control sometimes.. AKA Motokhana...
