Butters and i went karting two weeks ago and had a blast. We were at Kingston Park, which offered a $70 race package with three qualifiers and one final (or something like that), which is pretty affordable considering one session costs $25.
When we were leaving we thought how much fun it wuld be if the MX5 club hired out one of these venues for a day or something?
Maybe we could organize an informal event one weekend if theres enough interest...

Tut tut tut... When could golf be more important than go-karting?
Shame JBT, Shame.
I can't do Sunday morning because I coach a rugby team!

buuuuuuuuuttttttttttttt whhhhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyy
we seem to be able to organise informal runs, skidpan/LVMA days, eating rib days and a bundle of other things without the blessing of "the club" not to mention it would probably be seen to be a "young" thing.
