The Club will be holding a meeting/information/Q&A session to shed some light on some of the ever-changing regulations concerning roll bars and harnesses, as well as a look at putting together an MX-5 contingent to the AROCA Winton 6-hour relay to be held in November.
Included in the meeting will be a “how it all works†for any members wishing to extend their DECA experience and try a track day.
Something we’re also looking to do is to answer any questions or consider any ideas you may have for the upcoming 2006-2007 Club Motorsport Championship season beginning in July. In this case, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to contact James Sanderson, Dave Jones or Sam Gumina via email with any ideas so we can consider them prior to the meeting and possibly gather information on them (email addresses follow).
So if you’re an existing attendee on race day or are interested in finding out what it’s all about, come along and be part of
your sport.
The meeting will be held directly after the Club Dyno Day in Caulfield at Zagame, corner Dandenong Rd and Derby Rd (right opposite CAMS’ national office) on Saturday, 24 June, starting at 1:30pm. There is a bistro type menu, drinks and coffees available there for us.
To email one of the motorsport organisers, contact us on:

David Jones Assistant Club Captain – Motorsportassc@mx5vic.org.au
Sam Gumina - Samselectrics@bigpond.com
I've pulled this straight from the magazine. Had lots of responses to this. Lots of ideas. There are some class changes for this coming year along with the way things will work. If your interested in doing any motorsport , it'll be well worth a listen as well as a chance to have some input.
Who's coming?
