Since we're revisiting this topic, as mentioned I run 33 front/34 rear.
I HATE understeer, and have assumed that with the slightly harder rear, it shoud make the car a bit more neutral leaning towards oversteer.
Suspension settings are the same all round.
Does this make sense to any of you propeller heads, or am I just having a toss thinking that I can feel 1psi, cause I can tell when the tyres are down by 2psi.

3-5 psi or more depending on what you're doing to them. BTW, I think 40 psi hot is far too high for the street.
ok i'll do a bit of experimentation. i'm not sure what is normal and what's not.
but maybe i can't really tell because my car has done >100,000 and it's still on stock suspension (i think)
i did notice more road noise when i got the new fronts put on, not sure if that is the new tyres or the high pressures

I run 36psi cold all round for the street and 38psi hot all round for the track.
For the street the psi doesn't come up all that much when hot and is a good balance between ride comfort & ride safety (No good having psi too low weak tyre walls = slower response time from rim to rubber). But if I am having a spirited drive, the psi comes up to \"track psi\" for that familiar feel. I've spent a lot of time learning about this matter and have heard from the best. In the end it's all personal choice hence why it always comes up as a good discussion topic.
That's my two cents and here's where I brag...see sig for current all time lap record for a standard NB8 at Wakefield.
