Steering Rack Poly Bushes Question

Postby Brad » Tue May 02, 2006 12:52 am

I just got these non-PS steering rack bushes from Fulcrum and am wondering how I fit them. The one on the left seems easy enough as it's split to allow easy install, however the one on the right isn't split and would require the removal of the rack it would seem. I've had a look at the ones on the rack and it looks to me like the right hand one is for the passengers side and vice versa. Is this right?

Cheers
Brad

Tell me, can anyone see the pics? I'm hosting them locally and I don't think my server is working properly.

I had to shut down my main web server for a while so I just installed IIS to tie me over. I can see them locally of course but can't check to see if they are live.

How about now, I was running windows firewall and have opened Port 80 on it.

Edit: Ok, at work now so I can see they are up. Hopefully some help will come in.

Thanks Andrew, but there are the steering rack bushes, not the control arm bushes, which I've had done anyway. I sent the arms to Fulcrum to press the bushes in/out and fitted the arms back in myself.
