Put a sealent on, then put a wax on.
I recommend using the Klasse sealent, then putting the P21s wax on top.
Find a shady area, and do it yourself... be sure to get some good microfibre clothes (ie, not Kenco), it will make the process a lot easier.

Car Styling Centre at 7 Hills.. the same guys I recommended to do window tints have looked after 2 of my 3 MX5's as far as detailing and polishing (When I lived in Sydney). The only reason I sold my 99 MX5 NB8A for such a high price at the time was that it had been looked after by these fellas for most of its life. They use Meguiars too....
