This is the one you need to install prior to getting their butterfly brace right? I've read good things about them on the big forum, expecially when you add the butterfly.

Well I took Caseys advise and built a lower profile version .it sits at the same level as the standed front brace .
I tryed some nolatane bushes and found it to harsh then went to some rubber bushing and it almost livable as a daily driver but there is still a harsh vibration at 1800 RPM. So back to the R&D table and put in some bigger bushes. On the up side there is a noticable increase in the stifness and power derlivery .the power is transfered much quicker now the motor doesn't more as much anymore.

I had the same trouble with vibration in the 1800 - 2100rpm area. The feel with the cross member in place at high revs is unreal the power and shifts are crisp...love it.

Anyone had any luck with this style of mount? Photos?

Try using some angle iron (from the gearbox)and moving the bushes 'upright' (90 degrees from where you have them) for me this stopped the vibration. Making it like a conventional gearbox mount.
