You don't need to use this product as the cloth top has a repellent already applied to the material during production.
Just do as Benny said, wash it in warm water and MILD detergent if it is dirty. Otherwise just use plain water.

I understand that - thank you. In looking at that site, there are 303 products specifically designed for the 'canvas' tops, not just the vinyl. But since it's brand new, I was only going to use warm water and if needed, a very light detergent, like you said to clean any dust and muck off. Perhaps as it gets a bit older I'll apply some 303 stuff to help repell water and such.
