only powdercoating to withstand chips in paint!

you only need to look at a Xr6 turbo to see what happens with paint chips!!

it mght affect it a little bit but not noticably its not like I'm running big boost or anything!

going to do the intercooler pipes as well
changing everything over so it kinda looks stock!!
well as close as it can anyway!

good idea

with your intercooler, did the air con get in the way of the installed intercooler?

I'm looking at attacking my atm and it looks like the air con gets in the way. can you reroute the aircon?

Intercooler sits on the air con condenser brackets!
but it can be done other ways

yes as i though....

so it looks like i'll be sacraficing my air con for boost :((((

major sadness, and the gf won't like that.

I'll have to investigate alternatives.
