Well I just ordered one of these bars, so hopefully I will have it soon. I paid $210AUD total. How long did others take to turn up? Did you get a FEDEX tracking number? Some of the feedback on this seller claims poor email responses so hopefully there wont be any problems.

Sure did

If it's xs_power they were great - read the feedback, thay're all from losers who didn't read the very clear instructions: "we're cheap and off- the-shelf, don't ask us for custom stuff"

Thanks for that. I am a little concerned that my paypal went to the wrong account, although the paypal account owner appears to be xs_power. I just used the ebay checkout function, but after doing so I saw in the email it specified a different paypal email address. I guess it should be ok.

I was too because they have two paypal account names - one on the checkout and another on the auction site. I emailed them to make sure I hadn't screwed up and, quick as a flash, they never responded. So I would agree that their email response is pathetic. However, bought mine on a Monday and it was delivered here on the Friday at 0930 so no complaints there. Fedex tracking info was supplied.

Which paypal account did you end up paying into? Mine went into one called OBJECTIVEFURNISHINGS@YAHOO.COM, via the ebay checkout. I assume it is ok, the paypal id was xs_power.

Hey adfox, all the info you have given sounds right. Just wait until you get the email with the FedEx url/link and sit back and wait for the bar....
Mine took about 5 days (including weekend).

Got the fedex number this morning so it's on its way now. Interested to see how this thing stiffens up the chassis.

No effect IMHO :( although theoretically it should. My car had the "cockpit brace bar" which I don't think really braces anything and is only there to improve side intrusion protection.

Well the bar just turned up, or should I say "Refurbished diesel demo test pipe sample" :D Fedex are great, I rang to find out what time it would be delivered, they said between 1 and 3, it turned up at 2:00pm on the dot, just as they said! :D I'll take some photos when it is installed.

Pictures pictures pictures, I wanna see more pics of this bar....

There's a mazda mob in Melbourne that can import the Racing Beat bar for ahem $669 I think he said - which is pretty good considering other prices I have seen in Aus for them. They said they can import any Racing Beat parts and its cheaper to combine them. Anyone else interested in a RB2 bar at this kinda price????
