I bought mine second hand so got them for less than $1000. They are going brand new at MX5Mania at the moment for $1390.

I don't have any pics apart from the race track beleive it or not. I'll have to fix that this weekend I think 8)

Installation is $150.
I installed mine with the help of two people so avoided this cost. It's handy knowing a few people in the club sometimes. :)

Konis have 1 position meaning the spring is the only factor affecting your height. Teins have fully threaded perches. If you want the Teins lower than they will go, buy shorter springs and screw the threaded perches down but they have to be stiffer and then they will ride like crap. Lower is not better. Trust me, I changed my road car from kings to Tein SS because the car was undrivable. If you care about handling, you need suspension travel. If you car about bling, just buy kings super lows and don't drive the car.... it will look hot though.... 8)

Or, buy double adjustable shocks like Tein Flex or the cheapy D2 Coilovers from Just Jap. Then you can run them very low and maintain suspension travel. It will still suck to drive because you can't get over speedbumps and get into driveways - but that's your choice. :D

I just went and had a look at my setup, and it still has around 25mm more to go till it hits the last of the adjustment thread.

Have to take speed humps and crappy driveway's at angles. Only hits bumpstops if I'm unable to avoid a big pothole, then it will jar the car a bit. But on general shyte Sydney roads, I find it to be a great medium.

Where are you located? If you come fro a meet you can have a bit of a drive and decide for yourself if you like. :)
