I must say as nice as having an intercooler poking out so that people know your turbo is nice, having it black so that you only notice it up close looks even better

is there a huge difference in heat transfer between the acrylics and powder coat?

I was planning on just doing a light coat of acrylic as to not interfer with the heat transfer of the intercooler and hopefully the paint won't come off under the heat.

notice any problems with yours???
