My trip to Wollongong has been postponed so I'll be coming up for the drive to try out my new plug leads.

Not long finished, had a fab day - talked and ate and drank too much and installed one (1) bar! Actually we did a whole lot of stuff, but, like you guys our bars didn't come in so there was only one black bar to install on Smiles' car. No dramas and made a lot easier by having Alan present as he had installed his black bar a couple of days earlier - so we had an experienced team of installers and the rest is history! I'm just shrinking the photos down and will post some shortly. Thanks to all the willing helpers and socialisers - I had a very pleasant day!

well it was a good day with 9 or so cars turning up,with stories spread and rumours started and we even got to fit a roll bar , with lots of tinkering and comparing of parts going on in the background. the dog got lots of scratching and was in heaven and the food and beer were hot and cold respectively , was so good that i recon we make it a annual event . Recon the neighbours must of thought it was a display on there street with both of bigdogs race cars out on the median strip and being smoothered in mx5's left and centre . there was even various parts exchanged and money passed hands , maybe we can call it the annual parts exchange/mechanical fiddling/bull exhange hoe down or something lol.

Thanks bigdog for organising the day and opening up your house, also to bpt4w for his experienced knowledge of fitting the bar, made it much easier.

It was great to meet up with a few of you, have some laughs and all.
