Yep I am in Melbourne and have the Eibachs. If you wish to know where I purchased them, price and where I had them installed just PM me and I will let you know.
If your worried about insurance give Unique Car Insurance (underwritten by Lloyd's of London) a call on 03 9898 9400. They are a sponsor of the MX5 club of Victoria. They allow any modifications as long as the car is roadworthy and do not charge extra for most mods as long as they are noted on you policy. Rates are good as well.
As far as warranty goe's I guess that depends on your dealer. My dealer is fine with it and when they heard I had done the springs they could not wait to see it and have a drive![/url]

With my Pug, it was lowered 30mm when I bought it and I had my first insurance with Suncorp. The car was stollen and had some damage done and I took it to the inspection station and they said nothing even though none of the mods (Lowering, CAI and Remus exhaust) were on the policy. They even paid out for exhaust repairs I had done right after I got it back from the police. I didn't think it was going to cost much so didn't claim but the bill ended up being $900. I gave it to Suncorp and they paid me back. Brilliant work.
'NORMA' on the other hand....you get what you paid for. I went with them a while after so try to save some coin. When I was starting the policy I came clean on the mods and they said I can only have 2 mods, and the lowering had to be less than 25mm. "I'll take the CAI right now" I said and assured them they were 25mm drop springs, and anything else was spring sag over time. Even then, when I made a claim for a chain mesh fence that was dropped on it, they started questioning it, when the mods clearly had little to do with the deadshit builder deciding to push his building site fence over onto my car.
