If you've heard the PSS9's make the car tail happy, then whoever told you that had the rears set too firm, or the fronts too soft.
I generally keep mine adjusted at about half rates on the rear, and play with the fronts to adjust the car to the way I want it to be on the day.
I generally have the fronts fairly firm and this makes the car very neutral, with the option of pushing the tail out under power, if required.

Wheel control with the PSS9's is really very good and at Wakefield where other cars are bouncing all over the place, my 5 just gets down and boogies, riding over the bumps without letting a wheel become airborne, which is what shocks are SUPPOSED to do.

The Bilstiens also have a really nice ride, and with my back, that's a must have for me.
