Painted cam cover now in car....

Well i decided to give the cam cover a paint, so i got myself some black crinkle paint and went to work...heres a pic of the finised result. I just sanded the paint off where the letters are.

Looks great, I've considered doing this but i can't find red crinkle paint anywhere in W.A.

I should be easier to maintain that a polished cam cover, what do you SE guys think?
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Not sure if SE is polished. Aren't they crinckle too?

okibi they had red crinkle paint right next to the black at autobarn, if you like i can get you a can and post it to you..

Yeah autobarn isn't in WA, i don't think you can post pressure pack cans?

I've got a mate working at National Parts now (they supply auto pro etc) he should be able to order some in.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
