number plate mounting

hi,

does anyone know how to do the jap style number plate mounting? like the one matty has. can that be done without any drilling?

Yes it can be KG Works make a kit kgworks.co.jp but you could do it youself they usually use the right tow hook to mount it on or if you have a eunos on the braket for the driving lights

i'll be building a bracket tomorrow for my car, so i'll let you know how it all goes, and i'll post up pics

if you like, i maybe able to reproduce something at a reasonable price.

but i'll see how things go first.

am I sure? well, I installed it that way, so I'm fairly sure...

Trust me, it's not coming off in a hurry. when I first set it gently in place, then stood back to check the alignment, I decided it needed straightening. It nearly pulled the paint off. :shock:

Now that it's been stuck on for longer than 30 seconds It'll be stuck much more securely...

heard rumors that you can buy the proper brackets for $35 of mazda dealers :S
dont quote me on that though!

anyway, mines just about done, just need to cut it in half.
i'll post up pics once done.
