Hey guys,
Anyone come up with a solution for the turbo oil drain back to the sump? Anyone have dimensions?
Would something like this work for the oil pan?

Would the same part work for the the turbo side too?

Re: SE Turbo Oil Drain
Are you talking about a replacement for the OEM turbo oil drain (that is known to crack easily if removed)?
I remember someone on the old Mazdaspeed Miata forum did a group buy of them a few years back, I'm not sure what details are in there but there might be some dimensions? Other than that I don't know of an on the shelf solution. You might need to measure the dimensions yourself and fabricate.
But as a hail-mary, check MiataRoadster, they have all sorts of replacement parts and this might be one? You pay for it, but it would be the easy button if it exists.

Re: SE Turbo Oil Drain
I don't mind cobbling up something as I'd like to also future proof myself for when I actually replace the turbo/manifold.
I was more hoping someone had easy access to a SE pan so they could give me the spacing between the bolt holes on the oil pan.
