noob question - spartan2 wideband install

hi guys sorry for the noob question but here goes.
I have a 93 NA8 and bought a 14point7 spartan2 wideband with gauge (https://www.justraceparts.com.au/sparta ... fuel-bosch).
i want to install it either running on the current narrowband o2 or wideband - i have a speeduino PNP that i plan to put in, but i thought id tackle this first.
anyone running a spartan2 that can explain how to wire it up?
my thinking is that the O2 sensor connects to the Spartan ( they plug together) and the grey end with the 5 wires gets spliced into the plug on my old O2 (4 wire plug).
the grey end of the spartan has 5 wires
Green goes to linear output....is this the gauge or the old o2 sensor?
Black goes to ecu ground
White goes to chassis ground
Red goes to some form of power. i assume this is ignition or something?
Brown seems to be narrowband. do i use this instead of green if im keeping the stock ECU in for now?
Blue goes to the led. I assume most people just use this for testing, or do people permanently attach this somewhere?
then there is the gauge. it has the usual power wires but also the yellow "wideband signal wire" should this connect to the green spartan wire somehow?
any help would be appreciated. happy to provide photos
