Nissan T28 turbo housing markings

Howdy,
I've searched the interwebs and all I find is conflicting information and a lot of arguing between Nissan fanboys.
Currently have an SR20DET with a T28. Markings on housing read;
Garrett, AR60, M24, 1.1
Looking at a replacement turbo with the same markings but end in a 1.2
Both are supposed to be S14 turbos. Latter described as a S14/s15.
Can't look at the serial numbers for a definitive answer.
What is the difference?
Is it a direct bolt on changeover for my current setup?
Thanks
Bruce

I think I remember seeing a t25 wastegate (the smaller one) on your car?
The T28 from the sylvias are actually a 2560 turbo, so actually not a T28 at all. The 'T25' is a 2554 turbo. Very confusing.

As far as I was aware they were pretty much all the same although JDM Silvias got a ball bearing turbo?
I asked my best source of silvia knowledge, his only suggestion was maybe one is journal bearing versus ball bearing?

S13 engines definitely came with the smaller turbo (2554, smaller wastegate actuator). S14/S15 came with the 2560 which is identified by the larger wastegate actuator.

OK.
I've been told mine is a T28. The 1.1 and 1.2 could be what Beavis said.

I wonder if Dan has any knowledge regards this?
