Munted turbo? GT28R shaft Video - time for a rebuild kit?

Cracked the manifold, so the turbo had to come off anyway - but while it is out, should I do a rebuild kit? There is a bit of oil in the intercooler (about 10-15mls). Here is the shaft play in-out:
and here is the side to side play:
What do you reckon - rebuild yes or no? If yes, where is the best place to get the kit - just fleabay it, but get a genuine Garret one? Cheers.

If the camera was mounted stationary Id be able to tell.

I haven't bought one, but i considered buying one of these for my old turbo that was a bit leaky. I ended up just buying a Mamba GTX2860R turbo, and been happy ever since. They are a good quality turbo manufacturer, not some cheap Chinese sh*t.
