Hi SP owners, could someone tell me what this part is. The black plastic thing that has been riveted onto enginebay.

If it was working there'd be a vacuum hose to the inlet manifold, a cable to the throttle and wiring to a control module probably located under the dash somewhere.

Thanks Bruce just tracked it. Well that's coming out this week I don't use it clutters engine bay.
